Antarctic land mask

Eric Steig
Dear colleagues

I'm looking for a landmask (hopefully in lat/long coordinates) for
Antarctica, which includes the ice shelves.

The purpose here is to create DEMs at various resolutions appropriate
for use with climate models, using realistic topography.  Many climate
models by default use topography that does not accurately reflect the
ice shelves, which can wind up getting defined as 'ocean', which is
obviously a problem.

Your help is appreciated!

Dear,

you might consider using the data set described in
"A consistent data set of Antarctic ice sheet topography, cavity
geometry, and global bathymetry"

Date are accessible through

And abou the High-resolution Image-derived Grounding and Hydrostatic Lines for the Antarctic Ice Sheet (http://nsidc.org/data/docs/agdc/nsidc0489_bindschadler/index.html)?
