FRISP 2017 -- Deadline for early career discount approaching

Tore Hattermann-2

Dear All,

This is just a quick reminder that early careers should apply before 15th of March for 30% reduced conference fees for this year's FRISP meeting in Bergen, Norway June 19th-22nd.

The support is primarily targeting advanced Master students and PhD candidates, but subsidiaries will be distributed as long as funding is available. For details, follow the links below.

In behalf of this year's FRISP organizing committee,

Best wishes

The FRISP--Forum for Research into Ice Shelf Processes--is an opportunity for scientists working on ice shelf processes to meet in an informal setting and exchanging ideas, results and field plans. Since 2016 FRISP is also confirmed as an Expert Group under the SCAR Physical Sciences Group to focus on the glaciological, oceanic and atmospheric processes governing the behavior of ice shelves that are key to the ice sheet contribution to sea level change:

Feel free to spread the word and looking forward to see you in Bergen!
