Fully funded three-year PhD in the project "Political philosophy looks to Antarctica", University of Oslo

Funded PhD Opportunity: 


Associate Professor Alejandra Mancilla is now in the process of looking for a Ph.D. student for a fully-funded, full-time, three-year position at the University of Oslo. 


Projects that investigate the normative grounds of sovereign claims and claims over natural resources in Antarctica, as well as the normative elements that should give internal and external legitimacy to the Antarctic Treaty System are sought.


The candidate is expected to actively participate in the workshops and discussions of the working group, and the larger project (http://www.hf.uio.no/…/political-philosophy-look…/index.html
