The American Geophysical Union annually honors members who have distinguished themselves by the impact and quality of their research by appointing them as Fellows of the AGU. No more than 0.1% of the membership can receive this prestigious designation in any year. Glaciological researchers appear very prominently in the Class of 2011 AGU Fellows. They are:
Robin H. Bell
Eugene W. Domack
Eric S. Saltzman
Please join me in honoring these exceptional scientists and glaciological colleagues.
