After our end of 2018 festivities, we thought we’d send a friendly reminder/encouragement to submit an abstract to our INQUA 2019 session: ‘Abrupt changes in climate and ice sheets during glacial-interglacial
cycles’. Our session is diverse in scope aiming to document and understand the cause/consequences of abrupt climate and ice sheet events in the Quaternary. We are therefore keen to include a diverse range of presentations, including (but not limited to) climate
or ice sheet modelling, data acquisition and synthesis.
**Abstract submission deadline: Tuesday 9th January** (http://www.inqua2019.org/call-for-abstracts/)
Please pass on the message to your groups. Abstracts are coming in thick and fast to INQUA, which is shaping up to be a great conference.
Happy New Year and we hope to see you in Dublin!
[On behalf of the session convenors: Lauren Gregoire, Laura Robinson, Ruza Ivanovic]
