NERC-funded PhDs at the University of Cambridge & British Antarctic Survey

Ian Willis

The list of prospective PhD projects to begin Oct 2018 at the University of Cambridge & British Antarctic Survey has recently gone online:

https://www-falcon.csx.cam.ac.uk/site/EESDTP/prospective-students/how-to-apply

Many of these are on a Cryosphere / Polar / Paleoclimate topic. You can search by Department / Institute (e.g. Geography; British Antarctic Survey; Earth Sciences) or just browse the complete lists across the three themes of Climate, Biology and Solid Earth.

We encourage potentially interested candidates to contact the relevant supervisor(s) as soon as possible in the first instance.

UK/EU nationals who meet residency requirements are eligible for Natural Environment Research Council funding, the application deadline for which is 4th January 2018.
