PhD position in glacier and permafrost remote sensing

Dear all

The Department of Geosciences, University of Oslo, Norway, has a 3 or
4-year PhD position open on 'Glacier and Permafrost Remote Sensing'. The
position is quite flexible. Some of the key qualifications:
- Optical and/or radar remote sensing and/or photogrammetry;
- Glaciological theory and practice;
- Geoinformatics (GIS);
- Numerical modelling and programming (Matlab, IDL, Python, or similar
languages).
