Three academic positions have recently been advertised at the University of Exeter, two permanent positions - Senior Lecturer and Professor - and one two-year teaching fellow position which would be suitable for a cryospheric scientist. The positions can be found by searching the university's vacancies page: http://jobs.exeter.ac.uk. I have included a link to the particulars below.
- Senior Lectureship & Professorship:
"These positions are available under the University's Climate Change and Sustainable Futures sciences strategy theme to enhance our role as an international leader in the fields of environmental and climate change, and landscape and ecosystems dynamics. Applications are invited in any area of physical geography and earth system science with a strong link to climate change."
- Teaching Fellowship (closing date 18/04/11):
"The post will be for two years and arises from overseas research leave for Dr Chris Fogwill. This appointment will provide replacement academic and pastoral support for students and will contribute to teaching and student support in Physical Geography."
