Two PhD positions as part of synergy grant ice2ice
Please help distribute these two exciting options for PhD projects within the community of ice2ice, who are working on changes in how sea ice influences climate and icesheets and vice verse.
Both positions are placed in Bergen, Norway at the Bjeknes centre for climate research.
One is focusing on developing a detailed chronology and synchronizing climatic time series between marine and ice core records through tephra studies, the other on climate dynamics and the interactions between the marine terminating ice caps, ocean circulation and Arctic sea ice.
Deadline for the application(s) is May 16th.
