What's in a name? Tweedsmuir Glacier

Erik Blake
A bit of an historical question... Does anyone know if the Tweedsmuir Glacier is named after John Buchan (later Lord Tweedsmuir), a past Governor-General of Canada?

Cheers,
Erik
